[PHP-DEV] PHP 4.3 broken CGI behaviour

Hello,
I just commited patches to fix CGI running under Apache. This also fixes issues with incorrect CGI environment variables that are received under ScriptAlias based CGI or mod_fastcgi. My previous email describing this is at http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=php-dev&m=103834043816376&w=2

Essentialy, I think that these patches should be put into 4.3, due to the extreme broken behaviour that 4.3 currently has in CGI mode. However, since i'm not involved in release management, I'll leave the decision to do that to those who are.
