I cannot see where HAVE_MBSTRING could be defined on win32. Several
places use this line to check for its presence:

#if HAVE_MBSTRING && !defined(COMPILE_DL_MBSTRING)

This works fine for say main/rfc1867.c. Does it work for you?

Sorry i loaded the wrong exif module. Now it works perfect with
all versions.
