Hi I put together a .dmg file, which lets you install Apache/PHP4.3/etc on Mac OS X without having to download the Apple Developer Tools and/or fink. It does not have a lot of extensions, but the ones I need (especially XML stuff). If there is request for more extension, just drop me a note.
