[PHP-DEV] give me advice

I'd like to create an open source project :
 
I have built a small daemon which is able to manage a "neural network"
I have built a php-module php-module (in c/c++)  to communicate with the
previous "server".
 
Do you think it could be interesting to do improve this things ?
