Wait, I thought Core Committee voted on acceptance of PSRs and member 
projects continued voting on things like this. Are you saying Core 
Committee has a separate vote on this? How does that affect the member 
project votes? Maybe I should have read the new bylaws a few more times, 
because this sounds ridiculously complex.
