Per http://www.php-fig.org/bylaws/voting-protocol/ votes remain open for a minimum of two weeks OR when all eligible votes have been cast, whichever comes first. Since all 12 CC members have voted (unanimously in the affirmative, in fact) I'll officially be closing the vote now.
