Hello everyone,
I'm here to report on the outcome of the nomination period, which ended on
2023-06-10 17:00 UTC (sorry for the delay in announcing the outcome).

We collected the following nominations for the Core Committee:
 - Alessandro Chitolina
 - Larry Garfield
 - Matthew Weier O'Phinney
 - Vincent de Lau
As for the secretary role, we got a single nomination for Mark Niebergall.

Since we reached exactly the number of nomination needed to fill the
expiring terms, no election will be be needed and, as per our bylaws: "The
new Secretary and Core Committee members will take office at 5pm UTC time
on the last Sunday of the month", so on Sunday 25th the roles will switch.

I would like to take the occasion to thank for her work Michelle Sanver, as
the only CC member which is stepping down, and the other members that have
run for a reelection. In particular, I would also thank Vincent, which
helped me in its role as a secretary, and he's now stepping up as a CC
member.

Last but not least, a big welcome for Mark, which is a fresh new entrance
as a new secretary! I'll soon be in touch to onboard you on the new role.

I'll be filing a new PR against our main repo to prepare the new changes on
the personnel page, but I'll probably wait to the end to publish the
changes.

Thank you all!
