On Discord we had a short conversation about changing Twitter links on the personnel page with Mastodon, Github or other profile pages. To avoid having a lot of individual pull requests and potential merge conflict, I've opened a pull request where people can comment or 'code review' their desired changes to the personnel page: https://github.com/php-fig/fig-standards/pull/1310
I intend to finalize this PR in a week or so and have it merged and published.
