Just a heads up for everyone: I've just called for Expulsion Votes for eZ Systems and Stormpath PHP SDK. This is in no way a judgement on the respective projects, their representative, and what they have contributed to the FIG and the PHP community at large. I was hoping that we could solve this differently. However, after trying for half a year, I did not manage to get in contact with these two projects.
