Is there a reason we wouldn't increase this PHP version higher? I'm all for backwards compatibility and understand people can't always be on the "latest and greatest" versions, but 7.1 seems a tad outdated to me.
As an aside, PSR-17 is one of my most appreciated so thanks for your work on this.
