The rules for this Approval Vote are:
For the Core Committee vote, Core Committee members may vote, either For
(+1), Against (-1), or Abstain (+0). Quorum is 50%. A 2/3 majority is
required for passage.
Both the Core Committee and Project Representative votes must pass for
the Bylaw Vote to be approved. If an individual is serving as both a
Project Representative and Core Committee member, they are ineligible to
vote in the Project Representative vote.
