It is difficult to discuss alternatives and issues with someone who knows their solution is the best.

This was a response to Daevid Vincent - "[PHP] Will PHP ever "grow
up" and have threading?"

Daevid Vincent -"Is this a case of "it's too hard"? Or is it a case
of PHP core developers
just being douche-bags like they are about the whole
"foo($set_this_parameter=$bar);" bull$hit??! (there is NO reason NOT to let
the developer choose WHICH of the list of parameters they want to set in a
function/method call aside from being stubborn! Especially when there are
many parameters and you can't overload functions like you can in Java or
other typed languages)"

Weeks in a year is 52 or 53
Days in a year is 365 and if a leap year 366

If (

(365 (Days Of a year) * (Years From 1940)) + (Number of leap years
since 1940, (Years From 1940 / 4) (if its a Leap year -1)) + ((Days
>From 01-01) + 1) % 7 = (0-6 where 0 = Monday)

) is less then 3 (Thursday) then its in week nr 01 else if equal to 4
(Friday) its week 53 else its week 52

So your out on thin ice here Daniel ;)

    Ah, somehow I missed that.

Pfft. I'm always on thin ice, that's nothing new. The only thing
that changes is the substance below the surface. ;-P

Ignoring how freakin' irresponsible that is, it's also almost certainly a
breach of the credit card companies terms and conditions. There are strict
rules about how credit card details are stored, and distributing them in
full, without encryption of any kind, even back to the card holder, is
prohibited.

Legal issues aside, it's still just bits and bytes. Watermarks can be
removed.

Now, what do I win?
