I am in China. I got it too.
It seems like we can do nothing with it. Right?

This was the message everyone got, I assume?

Your message was undeliverable due to the following reason:
Your message was not delivered because the destination server was
not reachable within the allowed queue period. The amount of time
a message is queued before it is returned depends on local configura-
tion parameters.
Most likely there is a network problem that prevented delivery, but
it is also possible that the computer is turned off, or does not
have a mail system running right now.
Your message was not delivered within 6 days:
Server 110.41.11.40 is not responding.
The following recipients did not receive this message:

Please reply to [email protected]
if you feel this message to be in error.
------=_NextPart_000_0005_220BC4AD.040604D6--
--icgablonoalgccfgjigf--
So it appears as though a reply from a failing mail server bounced
back to the list manager, which sent out the bounce message, which got
reflected back to the entire list. I believe the error to be at rick@duvals.
ca

Everyone got the ezmlm warnings because of this message:
http://news.php.net/php.general/313991
The list attempted to distribute that to everyone, but nearly all
recipient servers correctly rejected the forwarded failure notice.
When your ISP/email provider/server rejected receipt of the message,
ezmlm said, "oh, crap, something's wrong, I may as well just give up."
It happens from time to time.
