I doubt it...

On busy servers, those files must get so huge, there's no way Apache can be
trying to keep it all in RAM.

So, pretty much, Apache logs it and forgets it.

The only place that data exists is in the log file...

Unless you hack the Apache logging routine to send it to your database or
something else instead...  I guess you could do that.
