What happens when the refresh? How about this...when the form loads the first time it generates a unique_id, and when you submit the form it has to match that unique_id. That would stop people from being able to refresh because once the unique_id is submitted, it won't accept any more submissions with that unique_id. It makes sense to me, but this is my Friday ramblings....
