It only take a few minutes to install Linter and have it up and running. Configuring and maintaining it is a breeze. You can even install a newer version of Linter over the older one and still have the database intact without having to restore the database. You don't get a lot of headache with Linter and you get a quick tech support help when there's problem with Linter. There are a lot more of things to say but it would be too long to list in here.
mySQL give me a headache and in the long run, you don't get some tech help when you're in a situation with a lot of customers who need access to the database. Linter is more suitable for business with a lot of customers because it handle the workload better and the website use frequent database access. When it come to stock marketing, Linter would be a better choices.
