Okay hopefully I can explain this system well enough. What I am trying to do is send a tcp/ip request to a visual basic program using php.
Is there anyway to send raw data over tcp/ip using php, or how would i be able to make some sort of adapter to take the request and be able to read it from a vb program running on the server?
