It echo No. Have no idea why its not set? Even tried using session_register with register_globals on but no luck either. Anyone have any idea what i'm doing wrong? I'm hoping its just a user error. Thanks in advance

Were you planning on incrementing $_SESSION['count'] anywhere? If not, try
<?php isset($_SESSION['count']) ? echo "Yes.\n" : echo "No.\n"; ?>
