A cookie name can only be a HTTP/1.1 tolken as defined in rfc2109:
Any Char excluding a ctrl char and the following:
"(" | ")" | "<" | ">" | "@"
| "," | ";" | ":" | "\" | <">
| "/" | "[" | "]" | "?" | "="
| "{" | "}" | SP | HT
