Along these lines, you might want to add : Do not send your messages high priority, as some people have special filters for such messages. Do not request return reciepts, received reciepts, etc. Do not send attachments If at all possible, send your message plain text. Trim as the original post only to the parts that are relevant to your discussion. No point seeing the same code repeated in five emails.
