Sorry to hear you had such a bad experience with them, so far thankfully we
have not and support seems really good.
Just checked their site AND IT LOADED!!!!  spoke to their support, they had
a problem with their nameservers settings...so they say anyway but no reason
to doubt them from my side for now...so hopefully alls well that ends well.
Oops, forgot to mention this before, other than the company i work for
hosting with them....i have no affiliation with them but they seem pretty
good except for this problem (first problem in months of hosting) and they
support @[EMAIL PROTECTED] mysql 3.xx instead of 4 but they say they are upgrading 
soon.
