[PHP] Script help about array dimension

I have this array definition:

$array['ojpp'][1][][] = 'ferrer';
$array['test'][0] = 'ojpp';
$array['test'][1] = 'ferrer';

How could I do a script that give me this output:

Array
(
    [0] => Array
        (
            [0] => ojpp
            [1] => 1
            [2] => 0
            [3] => 0
        )

    [1] => Array
        (
            [0] => test
            [1] => 0
        )

    [2] => Array
        (
            [0] => test
            [1] => 1
        )

)
