I'm pleased to announce a public release of Kwartz.
Kwartz(*1) is a template sysmtem for web-designer and web-programmer.
Kwartz has the following features.
* Kwartz can separate presentation logic from a template.
* Kwartz can be available in PHP, Ruby and Java.
* Kwartz doesn't break HTML design at all.
* Kwartz can handle any type of text file.
* Kwartz can sanitize automatically.
