I'm very new to PHP and trying to get it to run on Windows ME. I have both Apache and Personal Web Server installed and can't get it to run on either. I keep getting a message that my page cannot be displayed. I'm typing http://oemcomputer/hello.php in the subject line of my browser, with oemcomputer being the name of my server (at least in PWS). I'd prefer to use Apache but either one will do while I'm learning. Thank you for your time.
