Hello, There is a person asking me where she can find a website developer that will create an e-commerce solution for her. I don't feel I'm ready to help her out in that area yet, but I still want her to be able to have other choices.
I remember there was a main website where freelance programmers and clients come together and bid on projects with different levels of experiences and prices, but I don't remember where that is now.
