[PHP] Quick encoding question:

I have a form and the people who submit are likely to include a bunch 
of "¶" characters. (That's a paragraph symbol in case it doesn't come 
through the list correctly.)

However when I read it out of MySQL it comes back as "¶". What can I 
do about this? Thanks!
