[PHP] Problem with Imagick

I am having a problem installing Imagick in PHP 4.3.6.  In the install
instructions:

1) make sure the path to Magick-config (the ImageMagick configuration
   script) is in your PATH environment variable

There is no Magick-config file. Anyone know what ŒMagick-config¹ is exactly?
I figure this is why the install is failing.
