[PHP] header() vs. no cache, it doesn't work.

When I use this script

     header("Expires: Mon, 26 Jul 1997 05:00:00 GMT");
     header("Last-Modified: " . gmdate("D, d M Y H:i:s") . " GMT");
     header("Cache-Control: no-cache, must-revalidate");
     header("Pragma: no-cache");

Next, I browse around and go back one page, the cache does not expire.
Sometime I get the error messages said that the header had already start or
something.  So, what is the other way around to fix this problem?????  Or
how can I fix it????
