You're specifying a variable for the option's text, but you also need to
specify the option's value. For example, if you were retrieving data from
MySQL:
while ($record = mysql_fetch_array($results)) {
echo "<option value='" . $record["ID"] . "'>" . $record["Title"] .
"</option>\n";
}
