The guys that manage the PHP-General list need to be made aware so they can remove the offending email address. There's not a lot these iguana guys can do if a user no longer exists on their system except to maybe ADD the account back in so it doesn't return an autoresponder or something.
They're sending autoreplies to mailing list mail. By definition, they've got a problem to fix.
