I dunno, maybe. I ask my database questions on an actual database list if possible. I think most people probably feel the same, I'm on php-db and it doesn't get much traffic.
PHP-DB is meant for PHP related database questions ... but alot of the traffic on that list is not as much PHP as it is basic database specific SQL stuff ... which honestly is better suited for the MySQL or the PostGres list (since those are the two most used and most mentioned servers on that list) ... (although I can't remember where the PostGres list is, I'm not subscribed to it)
