How about this - Tell us the OS, version of PHP, the portion of the code it's dying on (enable some logfile writing if you don't know) and any other *useful* information and we might be able to help you.
Did you do any Google searching? I searched for "01650AFD" and came up with a number of PHP-related links, but haven't investigated yet.
