I am running the latest version of XAMPP from apachefriends.org, when i try to set an authenticating cookie it doesnt make the cookie. It doesnt give me any errors or anything. I was looking through the PHP.ini file and it didnt have anything about the setcookie function. Can anyone tell me what is going on?
