Unless, of course, your user base includes the very poor who are (still) using ancient browsers (because they have ancient hardware) that don't support CSS, and you want to use font tags which actually work on *ALL* browsers... I can't count the number of CSS sites I've skipped because their links don't work (in my browser) due to CSS.
