hello, i'm building an online payment form....
the only thing is that i can't rely on the MOD10 CC validation algo...
any one knows any company that provides CC validation (checks if account
exists, and the money is enough to pay the price) ... ?
I only need a company with such validation issue....
All hints would be appriciated.
