So if you had:
$foo = Array ( [0] => 2, [ID] => 2, [1] => asdasd, [CategoryName] => asdasd
) );

unset($foo[0]);
unset($foo[1]);

Yields:

$foo = Array ( [ID] => 2, [CategoryName] => asdasd ) );
