For sure, you don't want $$ in the arglist.
You probably want $module_varname, I guess.
Then you could use:
global $$module_varname;
echo $$module_varname;
99% of the time, if you think you want $$, what you SHOULD be using is
an array.
I'm betting you're not in the 1% category with this module_no stuff...
