Hello there,
When i want use parse_xml() and i have entities like in it, it
gives me a entity error.
This because the parser doesn't know the entity.
Now i saw on the bugs site of php a way to solve this, by using
xml_set_external_entity_ref_handler() with
http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml-lat1.ent.

But, it seems my knowledge of PHP isn't that good enough to understand
what i have to do to get this to work.
Can someone please help me to get this to work?
