Hi... I use Eclipse with a PHP plugin on both Windows and Linux. There are 2 good plugins available: PHP-IDE from eclipse.org and PHPEclipse. I prefer PHP-IDE. You can use any usefull other plugins (Tidy, Clay, Quantum) for work with any solution you need. All of this is open source...
