You are missing about 10 large-scale carriers, and almost a hundred
small-scale carriers...

The list you have compiled is also compiled online somewhere...

I don't recall where, but ran across it just by Googling around for
SMS and this kind of stuff...

Also note that if you send too many text messages out, you're almost
for sure gonna get blacklisted.

The cell phone peeps have way way way more control over this than
email, thank goodness, so we get very very very few junk texts.
