Same here -- they even owe me money. I send them an invoice every year with interest just to waste their time.
Their first reply always is "Who authorized this invoice?" and I reply "I don't know, he works for you. Don't you know?" And then the conversation usually degrades from there. It's fun. Maybe one of these days they'll pay the damn thing.
