I couldn't imagine why you like Spain but...
Just check out Spain salaries and tell me what you
think. You can check Monster.es or infojobs.net
A friend of mine received an offer some days ago from
a recruitment consultant to work in the big bank of
catalonia.
They asked for an experienced J2ee architect with
knowledge of Unix, Hibernate, Spring Framework,
RDBM´s, systems analysis and design, spanish, catalan
and english fluent, etc.... How muche they offer ? 21K
euros !!!
It means around 1000 euros net each month and to rent
a flat in Barcelona costs 900/1500 euros month...
There are better offers, but not much than 30K and
it's not enough.
For PHP you couldn´t expect more than 18k...
