consider the following statement: $language = isset($_SERVER["HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE"]) && $_SERVER["HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE"] != "" ? $_SERVER["HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE"] : "*";
