Possible causes: The PEAR directory and/or DB.php is not readable by the PHP user. The php.ini you think you are using is not the one you are using. Though, as I recall, you have already checked this with phpinfo. WILD GUESS: You have PEAR in the path and it's in PEAR but PEAR is expecting to add PEAR to the path, so it's trying to look in: C:\php\PEAR\PEAR I've never had PEAR fail, so I dunno what exactly it does in its setup... -- Some people have a "gift" link here.
