I believe the POST operation adds nothing. The BROWSER interprets your as whatever it finds most appropriate to slap into a button VALUE, given the charset and whatever the browser thinks it should do with that. probably shouldn't be part of a VALUE for a SUBMIT INPUT in the first place, really... -- Some people have a "gift" link here.
