When configuring APC 3.0.16 I see this, which I don't recall seeing before:
checking dlfcn.h presence... no configure: WARNING: dlfcn.h: accepted by the compiler, rejected by the preprocessor! configure: WARNING: dlfcn.h: proceeding with the compiler's result checking for dlfcn.h... yes Also --enable-apc-pthreadmutex no longer seems to work (it is no longer in ./configure --help and in phpinfo it says it is using file locks).
