i use our local email-to-sms service. it is not reliable. more often than not, it is not delivered to user. I did found kannel project (www.kannel.org), opensource gateway. but still not sure how it going to work or how to roll my own gateway.
i guess, even we have our own gateway. we have to make deal with local ISP anyway and it cost money. if anyone out there know how. i am really interested to know...
