Whenever you build a query string you need to us the urlencode to encode any characters that may be in there that aren't legal for a URL. On the server I am using now, when you access values using $_GET['xyz'], it does the urldecode for you. I'm not positive, but I am pretty sure, that at one time on a server I used in the past, that I had to manually call urldecode to decode GET vars. Is there a setting to change this or is it something that changed in php in the last few years?
