What Ash said, something like:
$flashVids = array();
$flashVids[] = '/path/to/movie.swf';
$flashVids[] = '/different/path/movie.swf';
.... //add any amount more
$randomMoviePath = $flashVids[array_rand($flashVids)];
echo "Random flash movie: " . $randomMoviePath;
