I have the following lines in my PHP code:

header('Content-type: text/plain; charset=utf-8');
echo 'Invalid command';

However, the output is:

HTTP/1.1 200 OK

Server: Apache/2.0.55 (Win32) PHP/5.1.4

Content-Type: text/html

 Invalid task

Why is the Content-Type text/html and not text/plain?
